Terms and Conditions of Contest:

• The contest is for owner occupied,single family homes with heat pump systems up to 5 tons.
• Entrants must be legal adults and legal residents of Jacksonville, Florida
• Entrants must be homeowners and fully empowered to make purchase and home improvement decisions regarding their residence.
• Homes must be located within the Duval, St Johns or Clay county areas of Jacksonville Florida
• Entries must be recieved by May 5th, 2010 before 11:59 PM.
• All entries must be submitted through on-line form on Air Technology's website and have a valid email address. Winner will be notified by email.
• All decisions on winner are final
• The winner will be selected on May 10th, 2010 and informed prior to media announcements.
• The winner will be notified by email and be posted on-line at www.airtechnology.net by May 12th, 2010.
• The winning entry will receive: Comfortmaker 13 SEER heat-pump Condenser (model # N4H3XXAKB) matched with a Comfortmaker high efficiency Air Handler (model# FEM4x_ _ _ _A) for an overall SEER rating of 14 SEER. ****Note: In the case a package heatpump system is needed it will be 13 SEER and a Lux Aire Brand of equipment****
• The winning entry will be responsible for: Permit fees, taxes, duct system modifications (if necessary) and any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building and mechanical codes (any applicable costs will be discussed prior to installation)
• The winning entry will agree to allow Air Technology to use images and video of the old and new heat pump system and homeowners and the homeowners' name in promotional materials
• All entrants agree to receive newsletters and other information from Air Technology from time to time. Air Technology lists or customer information will never be sold or shared. Entrants can remove themselves from any subscription lists at any time by notifying Air Technology by mail, email, phone or opting out on any of the emails you may receive.
• Entrants agree to hold Air Technology, it's owners, officers, agents and employees harmless for any injuries, loss or damages related to the Air Technology Free AC Giveaway.
• Prize may not be redeemed for cash
• No entry fee or purchase required
• Employees of Air Technology and their family members are not eligible.
