We offer complete Duct Cleaning and Indoor Air Quality Services using only the latest technology and equipment. . We are licensed and insured to access, clean and sanitize the air handler portion of your heating and cooling system, most "duct cleaning companies" are not licensed.

Pricing is as follows; Initial set up fee of $370 and then add $15 for every supply vent or return that you would like cleaned.
This is what’s included in the package:
- Covering of floors and furniture where work will be performed
- Removal, cleaning and sanitizing of all grills and registers
- Remove blower housing and wheel from air handler, acid clean and sanitize both
- Inspect and clean drain pan , blow drain line
- Inspect air handler insulation and wipe down all metal surfaces (in and out) with sanitizer
- Inspect all high and low voltage wiring
- Hook up 3000 CFM negative air machine with 3 stage HEPA filtration system
- Clean duct work with a combination of compressed air and roto brushes
- Sanitize the entire air handler, evaporator coil and air distribution system with micro biocide to inhibit any microbial growth for up to 6 months.
- Reassemble all components of system and check operation
- Provide detailed report of any of our findings.
- ***Additional Charges apply if air Handler is located in the attic** $110 if located in attic
- Dryer vent cleaning while on site add $75 for through the wall add $125 for roof terminated
